Learn how to brew cafe quality espresso from the comfort of your home. In this custom, one-on-one student to trainer ratio and using your own coffee machine, we’ll cover best practice techniques for espresso preparation, milk steaming and the foundations to latte art. See and taste the results first-hand and get ready to put your newly discovered skills to the test, before walking through all the steps for effectively cleaning and maintaining your home equipment.

This home barista class will help you battle the isolation woes and your café withdrawals. Recommended for any, and all, home espresso users; no matter where you are on your coffee journey, we’ll be able to help you fine tune and progress towards even more delicious coffees!

We utilise Microsoft Teams to facilitate this video lesson, and that means you’ll need the following:

• An internet connected device with a screen size larger than 7 inches, such as an iPad, notebook computer (OSX or Windows), or similar.
• A camera, microphone and speakers (or a headset) connected to (or integrated into) the device mentioned above.
• A HTML5 compatible web browser, such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
• 1.5Mbps/1.5Mbps of download and upload speed (measure here).
