When coffee stalwart Charles Stewart announces a new venue, you know it’s going to be good. Following the critically (and personally!) acclaimed Howdy Coffee, High Noon Saloon is the next coffee lovers’ dream, only this time it’s mid-Western with an extra touch of class. Simone Robeson from Robeson Architects is to thank for the space, while the flowers are by The Wildflower Perth. For a small venue, they’re sure jam-packed with the good stuff.
The coffee programme has never been better, featuring Five Senses Coffee along with a guest roaster menu which highlights some of the world’s most famous players. Espresso is brought to you with top notch equipment – a Mythos One for milk-based coffees, while an EK43 handles all your espresso and filter coffee needs. A Specht Design Synesso MVP Hydra finished in Surf Mist with custom panels from Owens Concrete Designs looks gorgeous on the bench right next to the dual Marco SP-9s which rock the fresh filter brews.
And that’s not all! High Noon Saloon offers up home-grown Kombucha on tap, as well as an awesome nitro cold brew. There’s some delicious Whistleblower tea on the menu too. Charles is planning on getting freaky for the summer menu, using both coffee and non-coffee bases for some exciting and unique summer drinks. So, watch this space.
When it comes to food, High Noon Saloon has got you covered.
There’s a proliferation of bagels and sweets baked fresh daily by Louis Boeglin Patisserie, and a variety of savoury goodies from La Galette De France round out the offering, but as with the drinks’ menu, it’s about to grow rapidly! Without giving away too much, you can expect an “Avocado-curated menu.” Intriguing. You’ve got me coming back.
