Cultivated on the slopes on the Ngorongoro region is our very first Acacia Hills Honey. Nestled in our long-standing relationship with the Acacia Hills farm is the constant care and dedication from Leon and Aideen Christianakis to their community and their craft. Constantly striving to produce the highest quality, this beautiful honey is a product of studious handling, requiring constant hand turning so as to impede on any moisture build-up. Resulting from a 14-16 day drying/ fermentation process and a perfected atmosphere brings forth a distinct expression of honey processing. Expect a light fruity interchange from the usual Acacia Hills varieties and experience the perfect medley of peach, maple syrup & plum reduction.
